The Origin Story
As a flight attendant, I learned that hospitality is not a job. It's a disposition. The way you make someone feel in a confined metal tube at 35,000 feet is exactly the same skill set required to make them feel seen anywhere else. I got very good at reading a room. And at knowing which cities had the best croissants.
Experiential marketing taught me that the best luxury is a feeling, not a price point. I built moments for people. I understood what made an experience linger in the memory. I also developed a very strong opinion about ambient lighting, which has never left me.
At Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, I connect people to the most beautiful places in the world, anecdotally, warmly, and with the kind of insider knowledge that only comes from having actually been there. Fully remote. Perpetually inspired. Usually planning my next Paris trip.
On Paris
"Toronto is my home.
Paris is the home I'm building."
I have visited Paris multiple times and the reaction is always the same: complete awe. The architecture. The light. The markets. The particular way a city can make you feel both very small and entirely at home simultaneously. I am in the process of making it mine, properly, permanently, one flower market visit at a time.
